Erm. Super Laggy?

Is it just me? This is my first time playing Megastory... And it seems like there is a 30 second to 1 minute lag period for everything. Ex. Killing monsters. After I hit 1 snail, it (the rest of the map as well) will be frozen and won't move. And I have to wait a minute until it drops anything. Same with portals. My char. doesn't lag.... Everything around it does.

Is it just me? I have tried multiple channels with little success. Different times of day... Different maps....

its mainly ur computer. try to defragment ur computer. if that doesnt work try deleting unnecessary programs that u dont use anymore. this will help. and closing any background programs helps as well.

i think its Nicks Computer, i got the same on my basic computer (DownStairs) for my bros.

it might be fixed when we get an VPS. im hopin Nick is gonna buy one.

a vps wont really help. and nick has a vps kinda. he's running everything off of it. vps causes lagging. hence the ip for the website and megastory being the same. =\

if he has the VPS, it wouldnt be down anymore. i think hes dad shutted off hes computer so its down. if he has an VPS it wont be down.

Naw guys, It's just my computer's internet is wireless, I am working on getting a modem in my room, I currently only get 54mbs and when I get my modem I will get 400+, therefore reducing all the lag.

yea i hav a modem in my room. if u can, try to get ur hands on a d-lynk gaming router too. it supports a larger buffer, so the lag will be even more reduced than if u just had a modem.
