1. too many GMs.
too little female ones and none in my time zones.
what if people need help? who do they look for? some players like me are selfish.
and new players prefer asking GMs -.-
2. assists are pointless.
might as well make them GMs.
but then again, too many GMs.
3. some GMs and assists slack in fm and talk.
they don't do anything.
not doing their work as a GM or assist.
4. GMs and assists socialize too much.
can cause unfair decisions and taking sides.
5. very few events.
and most of them are JQs.
6. no donor GMs.
its similar to bribing. n
o qualification or ability to be a GM.
might ruin the server.
7. when applying for GM or assist, or ASKING TO BE ONE.
must get support from players.
because they might be just sucking up to the GMs and when they are not around,
they don't care about the server at all.
you know what i mean.
if you don't, too bad.
8. the super awesome lag for some of us.
i don't why this happens to us. WHY?
9. quests.
like when you complete smth you get a reward. gets harder as you try more quests
Conclusion. First impression matters.
Imagine yourself as a newb. you go to the fm and you see GMs chatting with other players.
you might be thinking: what friendly GMs.
then when you ask them questions or call for help,
they ignore you. or their player friends make a joke out of it.
how would you feel? happy? goodluck to you.
then you go into the FMs to hit some mobs and you lag.
imagine the lag lasting forever everytime you want to hit a mob.
i know it sucks. it happens to me all the time.
and don't flame me. this thread wants my thoughts and suggestions, positive or negative.

Yah for some reason I agree with Lazy. I regret donating to be a GM
if I was willing to give up my job for all the Donators to be gone I would or even pay.Not that I hate Donator GMs Tyler,Drew,Folup there like my best pals..I feel it's just cheating to become a GM.I've lost alot of respect but I still do think we need more GMs just not donators.Shodru,Canop,and Honest is all thats left but how often you see most of them logged on?Usually I just see Honest.Shodru weekends.Canop once a week.Sorry Lazy if you dislike me if I donated,I dislike myself too.I feel to dissapointed to even log on.

donor GMs have to go through some 'training' or set some rules or smth before they actually become a real GM
because by donating, we can see that they really care about the server,
but we don't know whether he/she might abuse their powers as a GM.
